SPIRULIN IN CHILDREN'S NUTRITION

Abstract
The useful properties of spirulina have been studied in general, the chemical and amino acid composition of spirulina has been studied. The importance of spirulina for baby food is justified. Examples of researches of scientists concerning the usefulness of spirulina are given. Presented are 3 different versions of food for children's food using spirulina. The chemical composition, energy value, amino acid composition of each dish is calculated. The conclusions are drawn that spirulina dishes are characterized by high organoleptic parameters, increased nutritional value.
