Fundamentals of paradigm of regulatory policy

Abstract
The current state of Ukrainian economy needs to identify trends, tools and to develop mechanisms of regulatory policy. It is necessary to investigate the concept of regulatory policy and to identify trends of modern paradigm of regulatory policy of the state. Determination of paradigm of regulatory policy and presentation of its features at modern stage of development. Overview main components and concepts of paradigm as a methodological model analysis. Based on an integrated approach key attributes, properties, categorical paradigm are identified; features of regulatory policy at every stage of development and peculiarities of the modern paradigm of regulatory policy are analyzed.
