Fundamentarea deciziei de investiţii

Abstract
În acest articol am analizat modul în care se fundamentează un proiect de investiţii. Pornind de la rolul pe care îl joacă realizarea de investiţii în asigurarea creșterii economice şi macrostabilizării, am acordat atenţie condiţiilor şi etapelor care trebuie avute în vedere în proiectarea investiţiilor. Desigur, un element important în realizarea de investiţii sunt resursele interne şi/sau externe implicate în investiţii. Concomitent, trebuie studiat efectul pe care obiectivele economice realizate prin investiţii îl au, în primul rând modalitatea şi recuperarea cheltuielilor efectuate. Pentru o asemenea analiză de fundamentare a unei investiţii, am urmărit conceperea unui model care să fie relevant în studiul de impact. În plus, trebuie precizat că studiul de impact trebuie supus unui proces de simulare, în vederea garantării eficienţei cheltuielilor efectuate. În perspectiva prezentării acestei teme, am clarificat unele aspecte privind conceptul de investiţie; tipologia investiţiilor; conţinutul şi elementele financiare privind investiţia; rolul investiţiilor în evoluţia economico-socială a unei ţări. În context, pe lângă aspectele teoretice, am prezentat şi o serie de indicatori utilizaţi în analiza şi fundamentarea proiectelor de investiţii.
