ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНАЯ МОРФОЛОГИЯ СЛИЗИСТОЙ ОБОЛОЧКИ ТОНКОЙ КИШКИ И ОСОБЕННОСТИ ЕЁ АДАПТАЦИИ

Abstract
The complexity of functioning of intestines depends on the heterogenesis of structures and architectonics of components of mucous membrane of small intestine. Morphology and distribution of enterocytes on the surface of fibers of different sections of small intestine were studied during investigation of white non-microbic rats, mono-contaminated by lacto bacteria of normal intestinal microflora thanks to methods of light and electronic microscopy. Morphology and features of functioning of the Panet’s cells is described in detail. The role of Panet’s cells in the support of homeostasis and regulation of physiological regeneration of intestinal epithelium, optimization of the digestion near walls is established.
