FUZZY-NEURAL SIMULATION OF THE CHANGES OF ACTIVITY LEVEL OF CARBOHYDRAZES OF THE PYLIRIC GLAND OF RUSSIAN STURGEON UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL OSMOTIC PRESSURE

Abstract

The problem of the simulation of the influence of environmental osmotic pressure on the changes of the activity level of maltase and α-amylase of mucous tunic of the pyloric gland of Russian sturgeon (Acipenser güldenstädtii Brandt) is considered. For solution of this problem the apparatus of neural networks and fuzzy logic is used. The designed models can be referred to the class of adaptive fuzzy- neural networks ANFIS. The mechanisms of this influence are studied, the models with high approximating and generalizing properties are designed. The conclusion on high availability of application of the approach which combines neural and fuzzy simulation in the study of adaptations of the digestive system of aquatic organisms to the influence of environmental factors is made.
