GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN KADER KESEHATAN JIWA TENTANG TAK STIMULASI PERSEPSI MENGONTROL HALUSINASI DI WILAYAH UPTD PUSKESMAS SUKOREJO KOTA BLITAR

Abstract
Mental health problems will cause prolonged suffering for individuals, families and commu- nities alike. The phenomenon of mental disorder or mental disorder continues to increase significantly. This approach to the management of community-based mental health services (CMHN) is one of them with the empowerment of the community health careers. The purpose of the study was to know the knowledge of mental health group acttivity about GAT stimulasi perception control hallucinations in region UPTD Puskesmas Sukorejo Blitar City. Desain of the research was descriptive. The population was all mental health group activity. The sample was 29 people with total sampling technique. The Data collection used questionnaires. The results of research showed 52% had less knowledge, 41% had enough knowledge, and 7% had good knowledge. This was due to the lack of knowing GAT stimulation of perception control of hallucination, also do not know the purpose control of hallucination by ar- ranging schedule activity. Apply GAT perception stimulation controls hallucinations at session 2 by rebuking, doing session session 3, and applying phase work at session 5, hopefully public health officers or Puskesmas could continuously provide training and education and case study activities so that the group knowledge will be better
