Games theory in the mechanism of public and private partnership on the local communes level

Abstract
This article devoted to the problematic aspect of a public-private partnership. The structure of the projects are considered. The complicity of public relations of public-private partnership for the sake of the methodology of the theory is viewed. The essence of the method proposed of is in drafting of the public-private partnership with the games theory methodology. Each project of public and private partnership is considered as a local game. Each game has its rules are fixed with the contract and related to the concrete project. The field of game is an area of the local commune there is the project stays. The important deal of games theory use is in the evaluation of non-material expenses and advantageous that are needed in the project in an equal form. The transactional expenses in the public and private partnership contract realization are to be decreased with an effort of the local government bodies.
