Profiling clients as an innovation technology of service institution activities

Abstract
The analysis of foreign and domestic experience of clients profiling is analyzed on the example of the employment service as a service institution. The advantages, problems and disadvantages of the investigated innovative technology of service activity are presented. Scientific and practical recommendations for the implementation of an individualized approach to clients in the process of service institutions activity are being formed (on the example of the State Employment Service).
