Gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer: focus on idiopathic ulcers and vegetative regulation

Abstract

The article considers various literature data from various points of view covering modern approaches to ulcer, in particular, the form of ulcer which does not depend on Н. pylori and on application of nonsteroid anti-inflammatory medicines – idiopathic ulcer. Lately it has been reported of the increase of the part of ulcer without involvement of H. pylori and NAIM (Nonsteroid Anti-Inflammatory Medicines). The stress is placed on the role of vegetative regulation in pathogenesis of ulcer. The issue of application of methods of determining variability of cardiac rhythm is regarded in order to determine vegetative status of ulcer. Peculiarities of treatment of ulcer are considered, in particular, of idiopathic ulcer.
