Abstract

Man is a social entity. Therefore, the coexistence of Muslims and non-Muslims is inevitable. Muslims and non-Muslims are in contact today in all areas of life. In addition, hundreds of products produced by non-Muslims have become part of their lifestyle by entering Muslim life. The polytheists are described as najis by the Qur’an. Some scholars have suggested that the Ahl-i Kitab was najis by accepting it as an idol. Therefore, it is thought that in the survey, whether the non-Muslims’ najis qualifications are material or spiritual, they should be evaluated in terms of Islamic law. It is the main outline of our work evaluation in terms of necasset of whether or not non-Muslims are clean, things of the their touch, surplus, the clothing wore, the plates and the utensils they used. When the subject is taken into consideration, the opinions of the scholars, especially the four sectarian jurists, and related verses and hadiths are included.
