GC-MS Study on Methanol extract of Pleurotus platypus and Pleurotus eous
Journal Title: Journal of Pharmacy Research - Year 2011, Vol 4, Issue 8
Abstract
Methanol extraction of Pleurotus platypus and Pleurotus eous were subjected to identification of phytochemical compounds by using Gas chromatography ā Mass spectrum technique. These two organisms were extracted with methanol. Methanolic extracted sample were injected, according to the retention time and peak formation the Phytochemical compounds are screened. Guanidine, 1-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-3-(4-((1-ethyl-3-piperidyl)amino)-6-methyl-2-pyrimidinyl)-, 2- Piperidinone, N-[4-bromo-n-butyl], Ethaneperoxoic acid, 1-cyano-1-[2-(2-phenyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl)ethyl]pentyl ester, 3-Hexadecyloxycarbonyl-5-(2- hydroxyethyl)-4-methylimidazolium ion etc..Pleurotus eous shows that 3-Hexadecyloxycarbonyl-5-(2-hydroxyethyl)-4-methylimidazolium ion, dl-Citrulline, 3,3'-Iminobispropylamine, Pyrrolizidine-3-one-5-ol, ethyl ether, 1-Nitro-2-acetamido-1,2-dideoxy-d-glucitol , Vitamin d3 and some amino acid.
