GENDER VARIETIES OF STRESS COMPLETION OF PROFESSIONAL SPECIALISTS

Abstract
The article analyzes the scientific approaches to the research of the category of stress tolerance among the specialists who help the professions. The mechanism of human application of stress tolerance and adaptation resources of a person is considered. It has been shown that maintaining or increasing the stress tolerance of a person is associated with the search for resources that help her overcome the negative effects of stressful situ- ations. The psychological characteristics of sexual differentiation depending on the belonging of the subjects to the social sex are considered. It has been proved that on the formation of psychosomatic diseases among specialists who help occupations the essential pressure is the peculiarities of education, role stereotypes and personality settings. The results of gender studies prove that it is precisely the androgenic psychological type of person that determines the high level of stress-susceptibility of a specialist.
