Гендерна рівність у світовому мореплавстві: правові та організаційні основи забезпечення

Abstract
У статті досліджуються міжнародно-правові та організаційні засади забезпечення рівності жінок та чоловіків щодо доступу до морської професійної освіти та подальшого працевлаштування. Наголошується про сучасне зниження фізичних навантажень, підвищення комфортності та безпеки на морських судах, що сформувало групу ергономічних умов фемінізації професії моряка. Автор зазначає, що в Україні кількісні показники присутності жінок на судових офіцерських посадах є меншою за показники іноземних держав, що свідчить про необхідність подальшої роботи у напрямку популяризації морських професій серед дівчат та жінок, створення сприятливих умов для проходження ними навчання та професійних тренувань, відродження українського флоту та судноплавства внутрішніми водними шляхами України.
