Abstract
The article presents the theoretical substantiation of the gender-oriented approach to the personal and professional development of employees, creation the conditions for their professional self-actualization. The classical and target approaches to psychologycal support and HR-management have been identified and analyzed. It has been substantiated, that the target approach provides opportunities for personnel’ development, increases the effectiveness of psychological support of employees. It has been revealed the essence and content of gender oriented technologies for the development of professional self-actualization of the employees of organizations, the possibility of their application in the prevention and elimination of gender discrimination in organizations. The paper also presents the training program "Equal opportunities for professional development": its purpose, tasks of the modules. The general aim of the training is the development of professional self-actualization of employees of various gender groups. It consists of three parts (modules): "My professional development, my career"; "I am a woman / man: my professional achievements"; "Gender Equality in the Workplace". The implementation of gender-based technology of group psychological work on personal and professional development of personnel can increase their level of personal and professional self-actualization, expand the possibilities of such programs of personnel' psychologycal support, provide such programs with new content, promote their effectiveness. The training also can help to provide gender equality in the organization, to develop positive organizational culture of the enterprise, to increase the competitiveness of the organization as an employer and, in general, in the labor market.
