GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CONTRACTS, WHAT ARE IN THE FIELD OF MEDIATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the clarification of the legal nature and types of contracts in the field of mediation. The author gives different classifications of such contracts and offers his own approach to the terminology in the field of contractual mediation relations. Particular attention is devoted to agreements concluded on the results of mediation, their subject, form, criteria of invalidity.
