OBJECTS OF MEDICAL TOURISM AND THEIR ECONOMIC AND LEGAL CHARACTERISTICS

Abstract
In this article, the circle of subjects of cure tourism as one of the types of medical tourism is defined. The commercial and legal characteristic of these subjects are given. The main subjects of cure tourism are tourist operators and medical institutions that have the appropriate permission for medical practice. The necessity of accreditation of foreign medical institutions that can be included in the formation of a tourist product of cure tourism is substantiated. It is proved that the specificity of the formation of a tourism product of cure tourism excludes the possibility of participation of a tourist agent in the sale of this product.
