PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES OF THE STATE LEGAL CONTROL DRUGS, PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES AND PRECURSORS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of scientific approaches of representatives of the legal science to the goals and objectives of state control, determining their legal nature, setting tasks and the purpose of state control over the legal turnover of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors in Ukraine, as well as formulating conclusions and proposals aimed at improving legislation with respect to the state control being examined.
