BLIND TRUST: TOOL PROPERTY HIDDEN OR MECHANISM RESOLUTION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST?

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the blind trust – the kind of the trust, which is very little-known in Ukraine. The author examines its peculiarities and features according to the US and Canadian legislation. On the basis of comparative analysis, the author comes to her own conclusions about the possibility of imple-mentation of some ideas of the blind trust concept into the Ukrainian law.
