THE ROLE OF LEGISLATIVE ACTS IN JUDICIAL JURISDICTION

Abstract
In the scientific article, the features of law-making acts are investigated as an element of judicial lawmaking. It is determined that the legal nature of the law-making act is, like the normative-legal aspect and pravotomachna. Approaches to understanding law-making acts are singled out, as well as legal positions of judicial law-making acts are considered.
