Abstract
The article is dedicated to the analysis of provisions of the international treaties and national pieces of legislation, decisions of the European Court of Human Rights regarding the right of the donor-conceived children to information about their genetic origin as well as to the formulation of proposals aimed at improving of civil legislation in this area.
