General characteristics of theoretical and powerful government bodies and non-government organizations in the sphere of fighting and preventing corruption: meaning, characteristics and options

Abstract
This article is dedicated to define the meanings and main characteristics of central government bodies of executive branch which were created for fighting and preventing corruption in Ukraine. The long way of Le- gal Acts specification is described in this article to show how Ukraine was aspire to create a system of state re- gime. Public organizations also take place in prevent- ing and fighting corruption, that’s why the main issue of such organizations is to level down corruption and to make people of Ukraine to feel safe in their country.
