Concept and features of asset trust agreement of a corporate fund

Abstract
The author of the article has studied the concept of asset trust agreement of a corporate fund. Based on the concept of asset trust agreement of a corporate fund the author has distinguished the features of the specified contractual construction. Legal characteristics of asset trust agreement of a corporate fund have been provided. Essential terms of asset trust agreement of a corporate fund have been determined. Existing shortcomings and gaps of legislative provision for the conclusion, execution and termination of asset trust agreement of a corporate fund have been revealed and analyzed. The necessity of consolidation of the concept and essential terms of asset trust agreement in the Law of Ukraine “On Institutions of Shared Investment” has been outlined.
