GENERAL METHODS TO ANALYZE, EVALUATE AND FORECAST CRISIS EVENTS AFFECTING THE TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE

Abstract
General methods to analyze, evaluate and forecast arising crisis events that affect the transport infra-structure has been presented. On the basis of the proposed parameters, various crisis acts can be evaluated and compared. These methods can be applied to any country taking into account the nature of the arising crises depending on the country’s geographic position and the climate of the region where it is located.
