General scientific approaches to understanding the categories of protection of rights and lawful interests of business entities

Abstract
The article is devoted to coping with a variety of approaches to understanding the concepts scien- tists “protection of rights and legal interests of business entities”. Analyzed current scientific opinions on the role and importance of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of participants of econom- ic relations. Based on the study and synthesis of existing scientific approaches to the definition of these concepts made their own position, which would be best adapted to the needs of this particular area of law, and ensure the correct understanding of the fundamental categories of the economic process. Author's definition of “protection of rights and legal interests of business entities”.
