To the issue of gender discrimination in labour market

Abstract
The article analyzes the norms of foreign and national labor laws and international acts concerning the protection from discrimination on grounds of sex, determination of their effectiveness. The study of the current status of gender discrimination in the labor market of Ukraine and make proposals for improving normative-legal support and law enforcement practice in this sphere.
