GENERAL THEORETICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF UNIFICATION OF JUDICIAL PRACTICE

Abstract
The article explored nature of such phenomena: unification of jurisprudence and unified jurisprudence. The main and optional techniques unification are determined; mandatory and recommendatory acts in which are standard models oflegal qualification and interpretation of law; concept of judicial practice and judicial precedent are delineated. Main features of unification and unified jurisprudence are discovered and definitions of their concepts are formulated.
