General theoretical description of the concept and ways to protect investors’ property rights in the field of housing construction.

Abstract
The article analyzes theoretical description of the concept and ways to protect investors’ property rights in the field of housing construction, as well as tries to form conclusions based on the research, aimed at ensuring effective protection of the investors’ rights and interests in the field of housing construction. Outlined kinds of ways to protect investors’ rights in the field of housing construction, among which highlighted such as the recognition of the investor’s right, stopping offenses, restorative, aimed at reimbursement of losses and payment of penalties, aimed at compensating the investor for property and non-pecuniary damage. Also outlined the mechanism of application specific protection ways depending on the offense nature and its negative consequences for the investor.
