GENERAL THEORY AND PRACTICE OF USING COMPLEX FORENSIC INQUIRIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the general theoretic analysis of the practice of using comprehensive fo- rensic inquiries. An attention is paid to a possibility of commissioning and carrying out a number of separate forensic examinations within the pretrial investigation and hearing of a criminal proceeding in a court. Considered a problem of commissioning and carrying out new forensic studies in a com- plex with other issues that have sense with regard to case. Outlined a practical importance of question formulation in carrying out forensic inquiries.
