PROVIDING OF THE COURT PRACTICE UNITY BY THE SUPREME COURT IN THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the ensuring of the court practice unity in the criminal procedure by the Supreme Court. The explanations of the Supreme Court on the disputable provisions of substantive criminal law, which caused errors in their application by judges of lower courts at the time of consideration of criminal proceedings, are analyzed.
