CONCEPT AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR TRANSFER IN LABOR RELATIONS

Abstract
Labor law prohibits unilaterally changing of the employment contract conditions. However, in the labor activity process the need for changes in the organization of work arises. Therefore, the legislation in certain cases permits the change of certain conditions of the employment contract, including the employment function, and place of work in accordance with procedural requirements. The purpose of the article is to examine the legal nature of the transfers as changes in employment contract conditions.
