Generalize the differences: the differentiation of legal regulation of labor relations in Ukraine and EU countries

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of differentiation of legal regulation of labor relations in Ukraine and EU countries. The material ascertains which criteria of differentiation are permissible, what may be their purpose and what extent of differences between status of employees can be admissible.
