Abstract
The article examines the procedure for criminal proceedings on a sea or river vessel that is outside Ukraine under the flag of Ukraine, if this vessel is assigned to a port located in Ukraine. Attention is paid to problematic issues related to the enforcement of individual procedures within the framework of this particular procedure of criminal proceedings.
