GENESIS OF THE BASIS OF COMPETITION IN THE CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS OF THE INVESTIGATOR

Abstract
The article deals with the issue of the genesis of competition in the criminal proceedings of the investigator. A conclusion is made about the gradual expansion of the influence of the basis of competition on the content of criminal proceedings of the investigator. It is substantiated that the theoretical positions on the basis of competition in the pre-trial investigation are the methodological basis for scientific researches of the procedural activity of the investigator.
