GENEZIS OF THE CRIMINAL LIABILITY DEVELOPMENT FOR ISPRISION OF FELONIES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the history of the development of criminal legislation in the part concerning complicity and concealment of crimes. It was investigated that at each stage of the development of society there was an improvement of the norms that provided criminal liability for concealing the crime, as well as for complicity, which was transformed into an independent legal institution of criminal law.
