Genre and artistic originality of W. Hermann’s cycle of miniatures “Das schöne Leben”

Abstract
This paper deals with the material of the book “Das schöne Leben” a creative work of a contemporary German-speaking writer Wolfgang Hermann. The study defined the genre originality (as poems in prose) and identified the system of artistic images of the work that has a nature of lyrical miniature-stories.
