Abstract
Critical news collection and searching methods are considered. Internet based service of collecting and searching critical news described in the article. Its structural scheme is presented and algorithms of work are described. It provides more functionality by taking into account the location and preferences of the client in the course of the service, faster performance and secure information transmission with secure SSL protocol using. Neural network with teaching is used in the service to provide better correspondence to the customer requirements.
