Gestational Gigantomastia: Challenges in Management and Follow Up

Abstract

ABSTRACT Gestational Gigantomastia (GG) is a rare condition that presents with excessive enlargement of breast which becomes uncomfortable and embarrassing. Here is a case report of a primigravida who presented to us with GG at term. Post-delivery she had abscess formation and difficulties in breastfeeding. She was conservatively treated by abscess drainage and lactation suppression.
