GLOBAL AND EUROPEAN CUSTOM IN FUNCTIONING OF THE PAROLE PRISONERS’ INSTITUTION (COMPARATIVE LEGAL ASPECT)

Abstract
Considering experience of Ukraine, Great Britain, Canada, USA, France and Germany the article investigates global and European custom in functioning of the parole prisoners’ institution. Based on legal framework analysis in mentioned countries the subjects as well as tangible and formal reasons of paroling implementation are determined. The proposals on improvement of the parole prisoners’ institution functioning are developed.
