GLOBAL MANAGEMENT OF MIGRATION PROCESSES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the current state and prospects of global migration processes regulation. We study three dimensions of global governance: regulation in the framework of international organizations, the regional dimension of regulation, ands non-binding initiatives. We determine the potential role of the Trade in Services Agreement in the context of the global management of migration processes.
