MODERN APPROACHES TO THE MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES OF THE ENTERPRISE OF WHOLESALE TRADE

Abstract
The main approaches to the system of management of business processes are examined, the author's approach to the essence of the system of management of business processes of the enterprise of wholesale trade is identified. The methodological approaches to business process management is defined. It is based on the methodology of Six Sigmas. The author proposed a conceptual model of management of business processes at the enterprise of wholesale trade.
