Abstract
The role of intellectual capital of people is described with limit possibilities in development of economy of the state on the whole. The problems of management this capital are certain and recommendations over are brought in relation to their decision in Ukraine. The analysis of this problem is confirm meaningfulness of intellectual capital of persons with limit possibilities in development of economy on a macrolevel.
