Abstract
The comparative analysis of the main forms of public-private partnerships in Ukrainian forestry is done. The types of economic activities for the main forms of public-private partnerships in forestry are specified. The advantages of public-private partnerships in forestry in the conditions of reforming the system of forest governance and forest management in Ukraine are determined.
