Abstract
The role of globalization in the emergence of new contest of technology generation in the world economy. The majority of enterprises have yet to advantages from combining shared services and outsourcing into one intestment is a factor causing the emergence of morę novel industries with the morę sophisticated technology generation affiliated with patenting, but not in the recent surge of newer startups with the basie capabilities needed to become licensors in the world economy. Yet stepup in the intemational spread of аихіііагу research efforts in multinational corporations have inc- lined on average to reinforce the position of established service centers of higher grade strategy of Information Technology.
