MOBBING PHENOMENON IN TODAY’S ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The aim of this article is to present the mobbing phenomenon in theoretical view as well as to present a cognitive aspect with the usage of own research which regards an answer to a ąuestion whether mobbing is а com- mon and growing phenomenon in organizations or a disappearing one.
