GLOBAL PROBLEM OF FALSIFICATION OF MEDICINAL PRODUCTS AND THE TYPES OF ITS SOLUTION

Abstract

The article covers the global issue of fight against falsified medical products, as well as types of solutions to this problem. Also covered are the main reasons of appearance on the global maket of substantial amount of falsified medicinal products. The state and dynamics of changes in the national legislation for adaptation and harmonization with the EU law have been closely studied.
