Abstract
The article deals with the problems of modern education, which is developing in the context of the globalization process. The objectives of the introduction of the Bologna system in the educational process as one of the directions of the globalization of education in the world. Features of commercialization in the process of Bologna, as well as prospects for improving the structure of higher education institutions, taking into account the educational experience of the United States of America.
