GNOSEOLOGY OF THE CRITERIA FOR THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LEGAL REGULATION IN RELIGIOUS LEGAL SYSTEMS

Abstract
This article discusses the problem of determining the criteria for the effectiveness of legal regulation in religious legal systems. Identified the distinctive features of various religious systems. The role of religion in legal regulation is investigated. Analyzed the prerequisites for the formation of religious legal systems and the mechanism of their functioning. The role of civilization values in the process of formation of legal norms is revealed. The unifying signs of legal systems and ways of their formation are investigated. Revealed convergence features of religion and law.
