GOAL, OBJECTS AND SUBJECTS TO ENSURE INTEGRITY JUDGES: ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article defines the features of the basic categories of ensuring the integrity of judges from the standpoint of the science of administrative law. It was clarified that at the strategic level the objective of ensuring the integrity of judges is to achieve a state in which the state provides an adequate level of protection of human and civil rights and freedoms, and in tactical terms it can be represented as creating a system of requirements for the virtue of judges, consolidating them in the corresponding normative legal acts and ensuring objective and operational control over their implementation. An object is formulated and a circle of subjects of state activity in the indicated direction is outlined.
