Abstract

The article analyzes the genesis of doctrinal research and the normative definition of restrictions and prohibitions as a means of preventing an administrative offense related to corruption. It is noted that the special complex monographic works, which is directly devoted to the study of restrictions and prohibitions as a means of preventing an administrative offense related to corruption in the activities of civil servants, is currently lacking in domestic legal doctrine.
