STATE CONTROL IN THE FIELD OF ELECTRONIC EDUCATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In today's conditions of rapid development of society, education has a high status, since the speed and quality of the transition of Ukraine to the information society and the formation of priorities of state development depend on education. Highly educated, informally targeted youth is the main strategic reserve of socio-economic reforms in Ukraine. Therefore, education should be considered as one of the main mechanisms of social transformation, since its ability to influence the development of society is significant due to the coverage of practically the entire population. The introduction of e-learning is precisely the mechanism that provides the use of the available information resource to improve the quality of education. Since the bringing of the education system to the requirements of the information society is a task of the state, and, accordingly, the state should exercise control over the implementation of programs for the introduction of e-education.
